If there is one thing you’ll learn from the University of Wyoming College of Business, it is the importance of discovering your own professional brand. We often think of a brand as a company, like Walmart or Subway. But a brand is more than that. Each person has their own unique brand, including you! Just think about it, what activities do you like to do? What interests you or is important to you? What do you want to do for a career after college? All of these things describe who you are, and represent your own brand.
Throughout your time in college, you’ll learn more about yourself. You’ll take classes that you’ll love and also a few that you won’t be able to stand, you’ll make friends and lose friends, you’ll join clubs or get a job, and all of this helps you define yourself. Here at our College of Business, we’re going to help you determine what your brand really means. We will help you develop your answer to the famous, “tell me about yourself” question that is destined to come up in your interviews.
How is our college going to help you define your brand?
